Norris rallies for top-five at Jacksonville, faces tough luck at Red Hill
Despite ending his weekend on the hook, the result of a cushion mishap at Red Hill Raceway in Sumner, Illinois, things were almost perfect one night prior at Jacksonville Speedway in Jacksonville, Illinois, concluding the program with a top-five finish - his third in as many tries. In fact, Norris, who calls Terre Haute, Indiana, home, the top-five was the product of a seven-spot rally, climbing forward from the outside of row six. As noted, Norris has been on a tear at the southern Illinois oval, earning a win in a recent visit on Friday, September 12.
